Please read and respect the following protocol below.
-You will be contacted 24 hours prior to your appointment, via a text message/ email REMINDER.
-If you or anyone you have been in contact with COVID or any other illness that is likely contagious, please could you let me know ASAP so that we can rearrange your appointment.
How are we protecting ourselves and you?
-On arrival and exit of the clinic room there is hand sanitizer available if you so wish to use it. We have now removed the mandatory use of a face mask during the appointment, but you may still wear one if you choose to.
-There will be at least 15 minutes between client appointments, so please arrive just before your appointment time to prevent the crossing over of patients. Efficient cleaning and change of couch cover and towels is provided during this time.
What if I am ‘vulnerable’ or ‘high risk’?
-If you have an underlying health condition and are not comfortable booking your appointment then we respect your decision.
-On a covid protocol, please note that I am asthmatic and therefore have taken every precaution to protect not only myself but others in every scenario, so please do the same.
