Our company policy

Please read and respect the following protocol below.   

We aim to maintain a safe, clean, hygienic  environment for each customer. We have a very high work ethic and efficiency to ensure that every individual receives equal level of care to ensure that you feel comfortable and happy during your visit with us.

You have the right to withdrawal from treatment at any time if you feel uncomfortable. The therapist will tailor this to suit your needs.

All records and data meet GDPR regulations and stored securely. It is only accessed for the purpose it has been taken for. Your details will not be shared with anyone other than the therapist, unless permission allows from the client, due to the sensitive information disclosed.

We use a hypoallergenic lotion which meets most customers needs. Others can be provided so long as we have this information on booking or during our visit.

The nature of a sports massage/ rehab or therapy appointment can involve some discomfort with the techniques applied. Please note that is normal and the treatment is tailored to personal tolerance. Any after effects will be explained prior to and post treatment of a typical expectation with advice. Once you leave the property, any further injury extensive to the existing which was treated for is not the responsibility of the therapist.

You will be contacted 24 hours prior to your appointment, via a text message/ email REMINDER.

If you have an illness that is likely contagious, please let me know ASAP so that we can rearrange your appointment. This protects me and the health of other customers.

There will be 15 minutes between client appointments, so please arrive just before your appointment time to prevent the crossing over of patients.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel within a 24-hour notice period, prior to your session. Otherwise you will be charged IN FULL.
  • If you know you will be late to your appointment please try to let me know ASAP.
  • If there is a change in therapist health, notice will be given ASAP and rearranged in due course.
  • If there is an emergency, please contact me to discuss later dates, with unforeseen issues.
